New to Aqua Splash, Hydro Pole is a fun, feel-good water workout that brings a playful twist to pool fitness. Using a specially designed pole fixed to the pool floor, you’ll move, stretch and strengthen your body with the support and resistance of the water. Expect a mix of strength, balance and core work that’s low-impact but surprisingly effective.
Suitable for a range of fitness levels, Hydro Pole is a great way to try something new, build confidence, and enjoy a refreshing workout that doesn’t feel like a chore.
