Wellbeing Class Tasters

Yoga

Treat yourself to soothing Yoga, where each posture allows you to unwind and connect deeply with your body. Perfect for all levels, our Yoga classes provide a peaceful escape from the chaos of everyday life, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and centred. Why not try our tasters and see for yourself!

2.45pm til 3.30pm - Yin Yoga 

Sound Bath

Experience the ultimate relaxation and healing with our floating sound baths, a unique blend of aquatic therapy and sound healing. This immersive experience promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, enhances mental clarity, helps to balance your energy and improves overall well-being.

Aqua Fit

Join us for our fantastic Aqua Fit taster, perfect for dipping your toes into a water-based class that provides a low impact way to exercise with all the benefits of a standard workout.

Saturday: 1.15pm - 2pm

Hydro Rider

Perfect for all fitness levels, our Hydro Rider taster session gives you a feel into the combination of water resistance and the fun of cycling! This low-impact, high-intensity workout burns calories and tones muscles all in one great splash!
