If you're an early bird, why not swap your swim for a gym session? Our gym will be open as normal and ready to welcome you. Thanks for your understanding and we'll see you back poolside from 8am!

Turkey & Cranberry Sliders

These Festive Brioche Turkey & Cranberry Sliders have it all: protein packed roast turkey, sage & onion stuffing, sweet-tangy cranberry sauce, and peppery rocket. Ideal for lunch, brunch, or a festive snack and perfect if you're following our STRONG Fitter Faster programme.

Cook time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 brioche rolls
  • Light mayonnaise, to taste
  • Roast turkey slices (about 50–70g)
  • Cranberry sauce, to taste
  • Sage & onion stuffing mix, enough for 2 servings, made up as directed
  • A small handful of rocket 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

Step 1 – Make up the sage & onion stuffing mix as directed on the packet. Keep warm.

Step 2 – Slice the rolls in half and toast lightly if desired.

Step 3 – Add the fillings: Spread a little light mayo on the bottom half of each roll, then layer over the turkey slices. Spoon on the cranberry sauce, followed by the warm stuffing. Add a handful of fresh rocket, then finish with the top half of the roll.
