The types of personal information we collect includes your personal contact details, customer feedback and your usage of the Centre and online 

By proceeding to use our service you consent that we may process the personal data (including sensitive personal data) that we collect from you in accordance with our Privacy Policy. In particular, we may use the information we hold about you for the following purposes

  • To process membership applications
  • To understand customer usage of these leisure facilities, to ensure our activities and programmes are aligned to customer needs.
  • To communicate information about closures, programme changes or upcoming events
  • To respond to customer enquiries and feedback 
  • To market similar products or services that we think may be of interest to you (only where you have opted in to specific marketing channels)
  • To report key performance indicator data to our clients
  • We may provide third parties with anonymised summary, but not individual information about website visitors and/or users of this the AquaSplash centre.

Please note the images used in this website are used to portray the types of facilities and activities available and be representative of the customer base. Actual facilities may vary from what is shown.

The Bookings and Cancellations Policy is as follows:

  • Can be made in person, by phone or online
  • Can be made online at least 8 days in advance from 07:00hrs.
  • Can be made by telephone or in person (subject to availability) 6 days in advance from 09:00hrs.
  • Customers will need their membership number to make a booking with any discounts thier memebership may include.
  • To receive a booking number, customers can register free of charge online or attend their chosen Centre in person to complete a short application form. 
  • 14 and 15 year olds are permitted to participate in Aqua Tone classes under the supervision of a responsible adult. For all other workout classes, permission must be gained from the Centre Manager.
  • All bookings (for which a fee is applicable) should be paid for at the time of booking.
  • Booking cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Any customers failing to attend a booking within the defined period may, at the discretion of the centre manager, attend a lter session on the same day if spces are available.
  • Classes/activities may be cancelled up to 09:00hrs on the day of the class/activity.  Full and half pitch must be cancelled 2 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
  • All customers failing to cancel a booking within the defined period, or failing to attend a pre-booked activity will be charged the full fee for the activity in question.
  • Customers with payments outstanding will NOT be permitted to book/attend activities until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
  • Booking customers cancelling in line with this cancellation policy will receive a credit which can be redeemed against future .
  • Cancellations can be made by phone, online or in person.
  • Direct debit membership cancellations have to be made in writing, as per the terms and conditions which can be found at the bottom of this page.

Behaviour Policy

The facility has a zero tolerance approach to unacceptable verbal and physical behaviour directed towards staff and customers.

Behaviour that is regarded as unacceptable includes but is not limited to:

  • Excessive shouting
  • Swearing
  • Harassment
  • Bullying
  • Discrimination
  • Threats

Any unacceptable behaviour will be taken very seriously and may result in the immediate ejection from the centre and the permanent exclusion of offenders.
