Birthday Parties
Is it you child’s birthday soon? If so the AquaSplash and the Waterfront Centre is the ideal place for a memorable party.
All parties include a dedicated party host, a variety of different swimming activities and goody bags plus the option to enjoy your party meal at Chicago Rock Café, Pizza Hut or KFC.
Parties must be booked in advance and last for an hour and a half.
You can enjoy the flumes and waves, inflatable or we can organise a variety of party games in the pool to ensure everyone has a great time.
Please remember that children under 8 must be accompanied in the water by an adult on a 2:1 ratio.
MAIN POOL PARTY
Recommended for Ages 6-12yrs | Cost £6.50 per child | Deposit required: £50
Our main pool party entitles you to an exclusive sectioned-off partition of our 25mtr/lane pool with plenty of floats thrown in for the children. Flume & Wave options can also be added at no extra cost. Party duration: 1½ hours (If adding flumes & waves the party duration is split 45mins Main pool & 45mins Flume & Wave)
FLUME & WAVE PARTY
Recommended for 5yrs+ | Cost £5 per child | Deposit required: £25
Our flume & wave party is great for swimmers who wish to jump into the wave pool and use our flumes & outdoor lazy river. To use our flumes you must be 1.1m or taller and to use our tyre ride you must be 1.2m or taller. Please note: with this package you will be swimming with other members of the public. If you require an exclusive party please see our other party packages. Party duration: 1½ hours
SMALL FLOAT PARTY
Recommended for Ages 2-6yrs | Cost £6.50 per child | Deposit required: £50
Enjoy a section of our 25mtrl pool to yourself. With our boom and movable floor, we can reduce the water depth to 0.75m to suit the age of the children. We then throw in lots of small inflatable toys & balls for the children (and you) to enjoy. Flume & Wave options can also be added at no extra cost. Party duration: 1½ hours (If adding flumes & waves the party duration is split 45mins 25mtr pool & 45mins Flume & Wave)
Frequently Asked Questions:
Do adults have to swim?
Due to our child admission policy, any children under the age of 8yrs on the day of the party must have an adult accompanying them in the water on a 2:1 ratio. Any adults (which can be anybody over 16yrs+) will not be charged to swim.
What time shall I tell everyone to meet?
Your party host will take the children through to get changed a few minutes after everyone has arrived so ideally, tell people to arrive about 10 minutes before your party is due to start. That way you can get the most out of your time in the water.
Can I decorate the function room & do you provide drinks/cake/plates/napkins etc?
You may decorate the function room as you wish. As it is free of charge we kindly ask you to clear away and tidy up afterwards. Please provide your own birthday cake, candles and napkins etc.
Where do we keep everybody’s personal belongings?
Don’t worry about lockers for everybody! We have a large group changing room that you can use which is lockable, so everybody’s items are kept together and are safe. Although, we do advise you to place anything valuable (mobile phones/wallets etc) into a locker.
How many children shall I invite?
You can bring as many as you wish, although we do require a minimum of 10 children.
Do the children need to bring anything?
All the children will need appropriate swimwear consisting of no below the knee shorts, denim, toggles, studs or t-shirts.
Do you hire out the function room without having to swim?
Yes if you don’t fancy getting wet you may hire out our function room at the cost of £50 for two hours.
